Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
Every product-detail page clearly identifies if an item is:
a. ELIGIBLE for return
b. NOT ELIGIBLE for return (final sale)
Items eligible for return must be
a. sent to us within 10 days of the date it was delivered to you.
b. sent to us in the original unused condition that it was delivered to you.
How To Return An Item
To initiate a return please follow the steps mentioned below. Please note that it is required to obtain a RMA# when returning any item.
1. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund and we will assign you a RMA #.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Some items cannot be returned if they are opened. These include, for example, scarves, artwork, and jewelry. Merchandise
that has been worn, used, damaged, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Always check the product-detail page prior to ordering any item to determine if it is or is not returnable.
All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. We also do not
refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
If the product-detail page indicates that the item that you are purchasing can be exchanged, it can only be returned if the item is unused and in new condition. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you must pay for delivery and return shipping. Please also note that given the fact that many of the products on floridapurchasingagency.com are handcrafted and unique, any exchange is subject to availability of the same item.
